About Us

We founded LaundryRepublic in 2008 to offer London a better way of doing dry cleaning and laundry – one which fits around people's lives.

Our own experience of using dry cleaners and laundrettes had not been great – too often we encountered limited opening hours and poor customer service.

We want to make your dry cleaning and laundry easier, simpler and greener...and perhaps even a bit more fun (although we suspect laundry will never be cool). Our award-winning service has been featured in the Financial Times, The Times and on the BBC News website, among others.

Our secure lockers sit in apartment buildings and workplaces. Customers lock their clothes in them, tell us, and we take care of the rest. We also serve many buildings in London through their concierge desks.

No more carrying awkward bags to and from the dry cleaner: we're right in your building. No more frustration at early closing: we're accessible 24/7. Order and pay online or by text message. It's simple, convenient, and fresh.

And that's it! We'll take care of your laundry and dry cleaning, leaving you free to knit a scarf in Knightsbridge, make sushi in Southwark, go climbing in Clerkenwell, learn Korean in Kensington, enjoy a glass of malbec in Maida Vale, play basketball in Bloomsbury, moonwalk in Marylebone, birdwatch in Belgravia, try stand-up in Soho, flashmob in Finsbury, press flowers in Pimlico, listen to Hot Chip in Holborn, tweet in Tufnell Park, volunteer in Vauxhall, write a novel in Notting Hill, send a love letter in Lambeth, beat your boss at squash in St James (or deliberately lose to further your career), go for a night drive in Nine Elms, play Guitar Hero in Golders Green, go waltzing in the West End, play cricket in Kennington, write a birthday card in Borough, go to Tae Kwon Do in Tottenham, start a business in Bayswater, see Kasabian play Kentish Town, go running in Regent's Park, attend a Bar Mitzvah in Battersea, read Cosmo in Canary Wharf, play frisbee in Finchley, hug a hoodie in Hoxton, make chocolate in Chelsea...

We hope you'll join London's laundry revolution soon!
